Welcome to Rochester NY and AAIR Research Center!
We are excited to have you as our guest at AAIR Research! We know you will find our facility and staff very accomodating to help you accomplish your important work as a monitor. We have provided a large conference room with a wide oak table to spread out on as well as internet and telephone access. There will be fresh coffee waiting for you as well as a kitchen to heat up your food and a vending machine for those mid-afternoon chocolate cravings. We also have a fax/scanner/copier readily available for your use. The locked and secure Medication room as well as the refigerators are located close to your conference room for easy access. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 1:30pm.
When you arrive, our coordinators will:
1. Have all the binders and regulatory documentation pulled and waiting for you in the conference room.
2. Have all subject's source documents and CRFs/EDC completed and available for review.
3. Be available throughout the day for questions, to resolve queries, and for other issues that may come up.
The PI for your study will be available to meet with you and review study progress.
We ask that you plan ahead for your visits and let us know at least 2-3 weeks in advance as we want to give you the time you deserve.
Our calendar will be available to schedule future visits while you are here for your convenience.

Year Round:
Pittsford Wegman's Grocery Store. Praised by Alec Baldwin and Cher, this grocery store is anything but typical. Their prepared foods, fresh fish, bread, and cheese market is the size of most other grocery stores. Definitely a must-see!

Downstairs Cabaret Theater. This theater has a location close to our office (Winton Place) as well as a location downtown. The shows are great and more entertaining than walking the mall! Check out their website for current shows and locations!
