dedicated to your present and future health since 1985
Our work might just be in your medicine cabinet.
Ever wonder how drugs actually get to market? All medications must go through a rigorous process outlined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) before they can ever be prescribed by a health care provider or sold over the counter. A big part of that process involves research studies with volunteers just like you. Some of the medications that AAIR Research has helped bring to market include: Claritin, Allegra, Zyrtec, Advair, Flovent, Albuterol, Spiriva, Remicade, Embrel, and Benlysta. By taking part in research trials, our volunteers had the opportunity to take these medications before they were available to the general public.
Health insurance is not necessary to participate in our studies. Compensation may be available for your time and travel. Check out our current studies below to see if one is right for you! Clinical StudiesWe are currently seeking volunteers with:

Who We AreAAIR Research is the oldest private research company in Rochester, NY.
Established in 1985, we are the research division of Allergy Asthma Immunology of Rochester, PC (also known as AAIR), a multi-specialty group practice focused on allergic, asthmatic, pulmonary, pain, and rheumatic conditions. AAIR Research Center has been providing integrity in clinical research for over twenty five years. Our Medical Director, John J. Condemi, MD has been involved in research and conducting clinical trials for over 40 years. In addition to Dr. Condemi, we have 5 other M.D. investigators and one Nurse Practitioner sub-investigator who provide medical exams and answer volunteer questions during visits. We also have 4 nurses who conduct visits for the clinical studies and meet one on one with the volunteers who participate in research trials. Everyone who volunteers for studies at AAIR Research will find our staff warm and friendly. Our facility is kept to the highest standards in the industry, yet we at AAIR Reasearch know that it is our welcoming, friendly atmosphere that keeps volunteers coming back study after study to help us do great work (it's either that or our wacky sense of humor - see the outtakes from "group photo shoot 2013" if you don't believe me!) Please feel free to take a look at pictures of our office here or read about our current studies. Of course, you are always more than welcome to stop in for a tour, to ask questions, or just to say hi = ) Our goal is to provide you with quality, individualized care while allowing you the opporunity to be on medications not available to the general population for your disease. You do not need to have medical insurance to participate and compensation may be available for your time and travel. Send us a message by using our contact connection below! Medical research helps answer today's medical questions. If you would like to be a part of those answers, consider volunteering for a research trial. If you want to know more about being a volunteer or how clinical trials work, you can watch an informative video and also get first-hand accounts from current volunteers here: Being a Volunteer Today's Question, Tomorrow's Answer.
