Patient Retention
Our site has an excellent patient retention rate in all studies, including multiple-year studies. We have conducted many multiple-year studies, with our longest study running for 10 years. Our study coordinators are friendly, caring, and interested in our study subjects and their lives. They build relationships with the study subjects that last during and after the study is over. Our study subjects like to come to our office and look forward to their visits. We schedule the subjects' study visits with as much flexibility as the protocol allows to accomodate the study subjects' busy schedules. Our flexible schedule and caring, friendly atmosphere result in an exceptional retention rate.
